Talent Acquisition Specialist

Elval Colour is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team at Oinofyta and Thiva Plants, Viotia. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, execute targeted sourcing, and support employer-branding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools (e.g., Recruiter)
