Manufacturing Engineer

Elve, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role focuses on enhancing productivity, quality, and safety within a manufacturing setting, including conducting root cause analyses, participating in design reviews, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques
• Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
