Elve is a deep-tech startup specializing in high-efficiency lightweight millimeter-wave and near-THz RF power amplifiers, and is looking for a Senior Process Development / Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, chemistry, or manufacturing engineering, or relevant experience
• 10+ years of work experience in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic hands-on tools experience
• Hands-on experience with precision assembly and materials processing/fabrication
• Impeccable communication and eagerness to collaborate
• Self-motivation and deep curiosity
