Residential Energy Project Specialist

Elysian Energy is seeking a Residential Energy Project Specialist to analyze Home Performance with Energy Star audits, create proposals for energy efficiency improvements, and provide training to auditors. The role requires a transition from field work to data analysis, training, and customer solution development.

Requirements

• Perform data modeling for energy audits using industry-standard software
• Create audit reports, HVAC and electrical load calculations
• Develop practical scopes of work within program parameters
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively
• Research emerging technologies
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal contracting staff
• Provide training and support to auditors
• Perform related administrative tasks
• Pass background and reference checks
