Job Description
Mariners Training Center Baseball instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction to youth athletes, serving as the youth baseball and softball training partner for Major League Baseball. Instructors build relationships with athletes, support program preparation, and collaborate with other instructors. The role involves delivering content adapted to various ages and abilities and utilizing technology.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
