Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proven bookkeeping experience in property management, real estate, or HOA/condo associations
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, reporting, and account management
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Ability to use accounting and property management software
