Job Description
Embark is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide mental healthcare to adolescents in a short-term residential treatment center in Springville, Utah. The role involves providing evidence-based therapy in a family-style setting, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and meeting program goals. Responsibilities include caseload management, documentation, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Limited caseloads (8 per client)
- Evidence-Based Practices (DBT, TF-CBT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety, ACT)
- Client-Centered Approach
- Collaborative Care
- Cultural Sensitivity
- Compliance with treatment standards
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Must have CAQH profile established or updated.
- Must obtain an NPI number for credentialing.
