Job Description
As a Mental Health Therapist at Embark Behavioral Health, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to support adolescents (ages 12-17) in their healing and growth at our short-term residential program. Every day, you’ll create and implement personalized treatment plans, lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and use relational, systemic, and experiential modalities to help teens process emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop effective coping strategies.
Requirements
- Fully-licensed: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) & LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Provisional: Starting at $55,000
