Job Description
Join Embark's short term adolescent residential treatment center in Springville, Utah, as a Mental Health Therapist. Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy, manage a caseload, and provide high-quality, individualized care. Competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related discipline.
- Active Utah licensure or eligibility for one of the following: Associate: Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) & Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).
- Fully Licensed: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Ability to pass a state background check.
- Required to have CAQH profile established or updated if you have one and obtain an NPI number for credentialing purposes.
