Job Description
Our client, located in Columbus OH, has an immediate need for Sales Executives. These positions are onsite. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the full sales cycle to drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or business development experience (healthcare or benefits industry a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative, organization, and time management
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection handling
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
