Embat is a fast-growing startup that provides a SaaS product to help medium and large-sized enterprises plan their finances and monitor their cash flow in real time. We are looking for a Global B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition strategy and drive growth through paid channels across our principal markets (Spain, UK, and DACH).
Requirements
- 7+ years in Performance Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech companies.
- SEM Expertise: Proven experience leading strategy and hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Paid Social Expert: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads strategy for B2B audiences.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and familiarity with HubSpot. Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish or German is a must.
