Job Description
Join our Summer Camp team as a Counselor and work 1:1 or in small groups with summer campers on the Medicaid Waiver. Embark on 8 weeks of exciting experiences engaging with individuals ages 5 and up.
Requirements
- Smart phone or device with cellular and/or internet service
- Email address checked regularly
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Auto Insurance Card
- Valid Auto Registration
- Driving Record
- Social Security Card/Passport or Other Approved Identify Verification Document
- Tuberculosis Screening (Negative)
- CPR Card (Front and Back) with IN PERSON Certification
- County Criminal History Record from each county of residence from the last 3 years
- Background checks for Indiana and any other state of residence for the past three years
