Assistant Manager, Student Success

The Assistant Manager for Student Success plays a vital role in ensuring ERAU students receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in student success or advising, or a similar role working with diverse student population, strongly preferred.
• Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and establish positive relationships with students from various backgrounds.
• Proven track record in analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect, and interpret data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
