Assistant Professor of Aviation Maintenance Science (NTT) and Maintenance Manager

The College of Aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Aviation Maintenance Science position. The successful candidate will teach in the second largest department within the COA, maintain departmental training equipment, and serve as the Maintenance Manager for the Engine Repair Station. The position requires a master's degree, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, and experience in aviation maintenance sciences.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
• Experience in aviation maintenance sciences
• Experience in developing and maintaining channels of communication with professional groups and industry organizations
• Mentor students regarding long term aviation and aerospace career development
