Embry-Riddle is seeking a Flight Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to support flight course activities, including dispatching, data collection, flight following, customer service, and controlling the flow of fleet aircraft for maintenance.
Requirements
- High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math.
- Two years customer service background preferred.
- Two Years Flight Operations experience preferred.
- Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/Email.
- TSA security clearance required.
- Valid Drivers License required.
