Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Photojournalism, Videography, Editing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of work-related experience in video and audio production, graphic design, photography, and social media
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Ability to develop scripts and storyboards and guide the creative process from concept to final delivery
- Ability to multitask and determine priority projects/assignments
- Ability to think critically and independently and inspire staff and colleagues
