As an Implementation Manager, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process for new enterprise clients joining eMed's GLP-1 Population Health Program. This highly cross-functional role requires strong project management, client communication, and operational execution skills to ensure new clients are set up for long-term success with eMed.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employer benefits ecosystems, health plans, and vendor coordination preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or account management roles, preferably in digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or population health.
