Emerald Zebra is recruiting on behalf of a trusted online brokerage firm, for a Corporate Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Limassol.

Requirements

Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for legal entities, from initial application through to account and service activation
Collect, review, and analyse corporate documentation, including identification of beneficial owners and controlling persons
Conduct due diligence checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/CTF)
Ensure all client-provided data is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and internal standards
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, offering clear guidance and timely support
Proactively follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, and reminders to ensure timely submission of required documentation
Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales to complete onboarding efficiently
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and profiles

Benefits

Salary Range: EUR 35,000 - 40,000 gross/year (approx. EUR 2,400 -2,600 net/month)
Additional excellent net monthly allowance for parents of children under 18.
