Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer finance litigation
• Active bar membership and good standing in Texas, California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Oklahoma (additional state admissions a plus)
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
