Job Description
The Director, Trade & Distribution role reports to the Senior Director, T&D and is responsible for business development, account management, and trade operations across assigned retail, wholesaler, and distributor partners.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 8 years of direct, related experience
- Experience in customer account management at the national/enterprise level
- Inventory control compliance, contracting and rebating, and commercial strategic planning at the national/enterprise level
- Demonstrated success establishing distribution contracts with pharmacy and distribution providers
- Strong understanding of the market impacting Emergent’s products
- Strategic and analytical agility
- Leadership skills with a proven record of delivering results
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- High accountability for their actions, results, and ability to ensure an elevated level of commitment to the success of the organization, peers, and customers
- Highly developed organizational and planning skills
