Job Description
Bernhard Capital Partners is seeking a highly organized office assistant to support daily operations in their New Orleans office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the office
- Answer and route phone calls and emails
- Greet and assist visitors and manage all front desk responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference and meeting rooms
- Support staff with clerical tasks, data entry, document preparation, and office errands
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance or replacement as needed
- Coordinate facility-related needs
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support HR-related activities
