Business Development Manager

Emerson is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America in Lifecycle Services & Engineered Solutions. This role focuses on securing new revenue by nurturing relationships with key engineering and procurement companies, expanding presence in engineered solutions, and contributing to the growth of the Measurement Solutions portfolio. The position offers opportunities for collaboration and engagement with customers and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on key account management, capital project pursuit, and solutions selling within large, matrixed organizations.
• Technical proficiency in engineered solutions and lifecycle services.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
