Commodity Manager

The Commodity Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing activities, including defining and implementing the supply chain strategy for the Cluj/Manchester plants. The role involves assessing supplier capability, capacity, cost structure, and performance against targets, and implementing category strategies to reach annual targets for timely delivery performance, lead time, payment terms, cost savings, and supplier consolidation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management required
• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply, Engineering, or Operations
• Work experience in a manufacturing engineered-to-order environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Proficient in English
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
