Firewall Engineer

This role focuses on maintaining the operational status of firewalls, specifically around a planned divestiture project, ensuring alignment with network security standards. The role involves cloud firewall management, interaction with Security Operations, and integration with monitoring platforms. The ideal candidate will be a security expert with experience in networking and firewalling.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in the design, implementation, and operation of networks, including firewalling
• Process Focused and Documentation skills
• Experience with cloud networking, in particular Azure, AWS, and OCI
• Experience with Cisco VPN routers and connectivity to 3rd-party vendor devices
• Proficient in English (verbal, reading, writing, understanding)
