Human Resources Manager

Emerson is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to partner with an innovative organization. The role involves HR strategic planning, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development, operating within the Global VP of Human Resources, President of Strategic Product Business Units, Sales, and Service. The manager will serve as a business partner to global technology and engineering leadership teams and directly oversees daily HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience working in a matrix environment preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent data accuracy and organization essential
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
