Job Description
Emerson IT is seeking an IT Business Operations Lead to support the Enterprise IT Solution Center in Pune, India. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and driving initiatives to optimize resource allocation, ensure system and process effectiveness, and align IT operations with business objectives. The Lead will work closely with IT solution center leaders to translate organizational strategy into actionable plans. This is a strategic and operational, multifaceted role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 10+ years in IT with 4+ in leadership
- Experience in software consulting, in-house IT delivery teams, or similar IT service environments
- Proven experience in developing and driving IT initiatives
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
