Lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to meet company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
