Prozessingenieur (m/w/d)

This position is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role involves utilizing Lean methodologies, technological advancements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and maintain product quality.

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree (BA) or technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience handling analysis tools and conducting time and capacity studies.
• High degree of initiative, structured work, and strong communication skills.
• Very good German and good English skills (at least B2) in written and spoken form.
