Safety and Environment Specialist

Emerson Tool Company is seeking a Safety & Environment Specialist to support a range of Safety activities at their Pharr, Texas site. This role focuses on onboarding, training, and maintaining compliance, with a strong emphasis on environmental, safety, and governance (ESG) programs. The specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining safety work instructions, audits, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in leading safety activities and training
• Minimum of 1 year of power lift truck experience
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products
• Team player with conflict resolution skills
