Job Description
Emerson has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Field Service Engineer to grow and develop professionally. The role requires extensive travel up to 75% and offers a Hybrid Work Option when not traveling. The position involves analyzing and solving engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex distributed control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a similar technical educational curriculum, or relevant experience in lieu of education
- 5+ years of related experience engaging with customers for the installation of control systems, loading application software, loading, installing and maintaining network equipment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
