Senior Estimator

Emil Anderson Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator with a background in civil construction and/or engineering to lead quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation for civil infrastructure work. The role involves collaborating with operations to validate production rates, means and methods, and schedules, ensuring estimates align with safety, quality, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction estimating within the civil and heavy civil sectors
• Relevant construction field experience to compliment estimating abilities
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Knowledgeable in construction work site sequences and project management
• Proficient in using estimating software (e.g. B2W Estimate (or equivalent), Bluebeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
