Technical Implementation Manager SaaS (w/m/d/x)

Your role as the Technical Implementation Manager SaaS (w/m/d/x) is responsible for implementing customer-specific requirements based on our existing SaaS platform.

Requirements

• Responsibility for the team's backlog
• Analysis, structuring, and prioritization of requirements in collaboration with Customer Delivery Managers
• Translation of technical requirements into clear technical user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensuring timeliness, quality, and transparency in the delivery process
• Continuous maintenance and development of implementation standards
• Continuous development of the team and processes, particularly in terms of skill set, efficiency, and scalability
