Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Field Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in patients' homes. This per diem position offers flexibility, the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives, and a chance to work independently or as part of a team. The role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Home care or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
