Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to clients with daily activities and maintain their independence and quality of life. This role involves assisting with personal care, mobility, companionship, and light housekeeping. The PCA will work alongside the team to ensure clients feel comfortable and valued in their homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion towards clients.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Reliability and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
