Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking talented Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide assistance with everyday needs for clients at home. The role involves following individualized care plans, reporting significant changes, and demonstrating compassion. Candidates should ideally have experience in the home care, healthcare, or customer service industries.
Requirements
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Provide medication reminders and companionship.
- Assist with light housekeeping.
- Run errands as needed.
