Job Description
The Training Specialist will provide training and sales support to Spa Partners in the Palm Springs, CA area. This part-time, contract position involves working closely with the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) and the Central Office. The role focuses on providing exceptional training on Eminence products and services, as well as assisting with account management and promotions. It requires flexibility to work 3 days a week.
Requirements
- Esthetician License
- Minimum 2-3 years of active practice
- Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care Treatments (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
- Sales experience (minimum 1 year)
- Training facilitation/presentation experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer skills (PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible scheduling (3 days per week, depending on accounts)
