Job Description
Emory Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead their regulatory activities and ensure adherence to federal, state, and accrediting body requirements. This role involves promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement, as well as providing expert guidance on regulatory strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and experience developing a system-wide continuous survey readiness program.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare administration, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, healthcare quality, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a large complex matrixed healthcare organization
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing a system-wide continuous survey readiness program
- Direct experience working with CMS, The Joint Commission, DNV, OSHA, and other federal and state regulatory agencies
