Job Description
The Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Emory University Department of Pediatrics invites interested applicants for the position of Aflac Solid Tumor Clinician. The position will involve clinical responsibilities, clinical research, and education and training of medical students, residents, fellows, and physicians in practice.
Requirements
- MD, MD/PhD, or DO degrees
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology
- Currently licensed as a physician and eligible for licensure as a physician in the state of Georgia
- History of clinical excellence/achievement
- Clinical research experience preferred with a focus on early phase clinical trials
- Strong history of mentorship of trainees to support growth in research and scholarship
