We're looking for a detail-driven and process-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and evolve our HR operations across the UK and Middle East (KSA & UAE). This role is pivotal in delivering operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-location organisation.
- Proven project management skills, you’ve led complex HR projects from planning through execution.
- Deep expertise in HRIS management (preferably BambooHR), with a track record of driving adoption and improvements.
- Strong understanding of UK and Middle East employment law and immigration processes.
- Experience managing payroll, benefits, and performance cycles in partnership with Finance.
- High data literacy, comfortable building dashboards, reports, and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in a creative or agency setting is a plus.
- HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) preferred but not essential.
