Job Description
Empire Property Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their team in the Lehigh Valley. The company specializes in the rehabilitation of investment properties and values work ethic, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Candidates should be comfortable with demolition, installation, and various construction tasks.
Requirements
- Perform construction work, including demolition, drywall installation, plumbing, electrical repair, remodeling, flooring, framing, and carpentry.
- Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathtubs, vinyl planks, tile, windows, and doors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Smartphone required for work ticket completion.
- Basic hand and power tools required.
- Own basic tools.
