The Process Support Specialist plays a critical support role in our lean aerospace manufacturing environment, ensuring that technicians and machine operators have the necessary tools, components, and materials to meet production schedules without interruption.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and material flow concepts (e.g., Kanban, Just-in-Time)
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, part numbers, and material tags
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Basic computer skills (for inventory, ERP, or material tracking systems)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to stay focused to specific scope of work
