Job Description
This Manufacturing Engineer role is critical to ensure efficient production of EMPirical Systems Aerospace's products. The role involves translating designs into manufacturable assemblies, optimizing production processes, and training personnel. This position supports new product development and provides engineering support to manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain assembly documentation
- Work with design engineers to partition new products
- Work with IPT to ensure 'Design for Manufacture' principles are used
- Help train assembly personnel
- Improve assembly process, reducing cost, variation, and reliability
- Resolve manufacturing problems in the assembly floor
- Establish/maintain assembly documentation and specifications
