Job Description
Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Flight Test Lead to oversee and execute all aspects of flight test operations, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring all activities are safe and efficient. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a background in military or military contract flight operations. ESAero provides a variety of aerospace services including rapid system development, testing, and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or a related technical field.
- 9+ years of experience in flight test operations.
- Excellent understanding of flight test planning, execution, and data analysis.
- Proven experience with flight safety protocols and government regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
