Job Description
Empirical is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and evolve their recruiting and People function. The role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution, supporting key People initiatives, and working closely with founders, engineering leadership, operations, and clients to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to technical recruiting
- Proven experience owning end-to-end recruiting strategy, metrics, and delivery outcomes
- Experience leading and mentoring a team
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and platforms
- Proven experience hiring globally distributed talent
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
