Bilingual Implementation Associate

Employment Hero is a company on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. The Bilingual Implementation Associate will work with the Implementation team to assess clients' HR and payroll requirements and ensure optimal configuration of the Employment Hero platform.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• 1+ years of client support or management experience
• 1+ years of payroll experience
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and track key metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll, including Quebec-specific regulations
