Job Description
Employment Hero is seeking a Brand Lead to elevate the Canadian brand presence and drive awareness of their services in the Canadian market. This role will involve leading a team, developing creative campaigns, partnering with global media, and owning a significant portion of the Canada social strategy. The Brand Lead will work closely with global creative and social teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of brand-building experience
- 5+ years leading high-performing brand, creative, or events teams
- Track record of building challenger brands
- Hands-on leadership experience across digital, content, events, and brand media channels
- Strong understanding of digital and social strategy
- Analytical mindset with confidence in tracking funnel metrics
- Experience with marketing and analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
