Job Description
As the Product Manager at Employment Hero, you will lead the product strategy, vision, delivery roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional value to users. You will be responsible for product management and delivery, backlog management, collaboration and team management, and communication. You will work remotely with a flexible schedule, access cutting-edge tools, and own ESOP in a fast-growing tech company.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business Systems, IT, or Engineering disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in product management and strategy
- 3+ years of experience working with software development teams using agile methodologies
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-informed approach
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and coordinate teams
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Experience with HR and/or payroll software
- Knowledge of global leave management
- International product experience
