Employment Hero is seeking a Product Owner - AI based in Australia to complement their existing team and fulfill their AI product strategy. The role will involve delivering product vision and its success, backlog management, collaboration, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, IT, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner or in product management
• Direct experience working on AI products
• Strong analysis skills, with experience interpreting data to inform product decisions
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
