Job Description
Empower AI is a veteran-owned company providing AI solutions for government agencies. They are seeking a Tier 3 Support Lead to manage network infrastructure and provide technical support. The role involves testing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and security systems.
Requirements
- Test, install, and maintain C4I operations and maintenance systems (Cisco Digital Network Architecture, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
- Lead a team of network engineers.
- Provide expert desktop, server, and network troubleshooting service.
- Document service delivery procedures in a Tier 3 Support Standard Operation Procedure.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical network services.
