Job Description
The Junior RPA Developer supports Empower's automation initiatives by assisting in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions. This role contributes to the full automation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of overall professional experience in software development, automation, or related technical roles
- 1+ years of hands-on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience using Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- 2+ years of experience developing software or automation solutions
- 2+ years of programming experience in languages such as C#, JavaScript, VB.NET, R, Python, SQL, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
